Just a note to let you know how very much I enjoyed reading Recompense!! It had all the elements of a perfect story: mystery, intrigue, historical significance, descriptive passages ( I loved your details and metaphors), and, of course, the ever-important-to-me, touch of romance. It was such a reader-friendly book. I never wanted to put it down, but when I absolutely had to or I was interrupted, I found it easy to pick up again and became involved immediately. I'm so looking forward to your next novel!!! Thanks for a delightful "read".
